Dr. Sanjay Choudhary

Sanjay Choudhary, MD, is a graduate of the Nalanda Medical College in Pattna, India. His extensive post-graduate training includes an Internal Medicine Residency and Externship at Fairview Hospital (a Cleveland Clinic Regional Hospital) in addition to furthering his education as a Research Associate with Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York.

In addition, Dr. Choudhary served several Residencies and as a Medical Officer at several different health care institutions in India prior to coming to the United States. He has been practicing medicine in the Cleveland areas since 2000.

Dr. Choudhary is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, and has admitting privileges at Fairview Hospital (Cleveland), Southwest General (Middleburg Hts), and St. John Medical Center (Westlake).

Dr. Choudhary is able to treat patientsable to treat patients 16 years old and over, and has a special interest in elderly patients and treating those patients with wound care needs.
